Job summary

Super Micro Computer is hiring for an assembly operator at our Senai, Johor site. You will receive and kit components, assemble servers, test and package with high precision.

The role requires basic English and Malay communication, potential overtime on weekdays and weekends, and standing for long periods in a production environment. Local applicants preferred.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and kit components to support production schedules.
• Perform server assembly, testing, and packaging with high precision and strict adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain high operational efficiency while ensuring consistent product quality.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and uphold a clean, safe working environment.
• Comply with company policies, ISO standards, and all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or higher and equivalent educational qualification are welcome to apply.
• Capable of communicating effectively in basic English and Malay languages.
• Ideally candidates have at least 1 year of experience in an electronics assembly factory.
• Candidates able to support operations by having overtime work on weekdays and weekends is a plus.
• Ability to perform duties in standing operations for extended periods.

Salary Range

MYR 2,000 ~ 2,300 per month
