Job summary

Qualifications

A diploma in electronic or electrical engineering or related certificate preferred
Fundamental understanding of PC, system and server operations
Proficient troubleshooting skills for diagnostics and repair
Familiar with Windows and/or Linux operating systems

Responsibilities

Perform thorough visual inspections of products prior to testing to ensure readiness and compliance with quality protocols
Conduct comprehensive tests to identify defective components or areas, logging findings in the RMA repair database
Execute ECO upgrades to implement design or process modifications
Adhere to testing procedures to ensure consistency and quality in daily production
Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Follow company policies and safety procedures
Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
