Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a capable supervisor to lead a team providing technical support for maintenance and production lines, ensuring test processes meet customer specifications.

You will collaborate with Production and QA, supervise engineers and technicians, liaise with customers on technical issues, verify board configurations, monitor the test system, and implement improvements while maintaining good operating conditions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Technical Discipline.
• 5-7 years of related experience in production and operations.
• Working experience in semiconductor testing/subcon field (preferable).
• MS skills and AI advantage (required).
• Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for China customers.

Responsibilities

To supervise engineers & technicians in Maintenance department, and provide technical support to productions in meeting customer specifications.

To liaise with customer on technical issues and prepare board modification for customers.

To verify new board configuration from customer and carry out projects to improve the test process.

To monitor the computerized test system and ensure that the system is in good functioning conditions.

To perform all other reasonable jobs that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:

Degree in Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Technical Discipline

5-7 years of related experience in production and operations

Working experience in semiconductor testing/subcon field (preferable)

MS skills and AI advantage (required)

Analytical mind/troubleshooting skill and positive attitude

Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for China customers

High analytical skills in problem solving
