Job summary

CompAsia Sdn Bhd, a digital and technology company focusing on the mobile phone lifecycle value chain, invites a skilled repair technician to join our team in Selangor. You will perform repairs across smartphones, smart watches, laptops and tablets, diagnose issues, and ensure devices meet performance standards.

With at least 1 year of full-time mobile repair experience, you will bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, work well under pressure, and help maintain detailed repair

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in full time mobile device repair.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile device features and operation of various models.
• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform level 1, 2 & 3 repairs on various electronic devices, including but not limited to smartphones, smart watches, laptops, and tablets.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct necessary repairs using proper methods and specialized tools and equipment with proper procedure.
• Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure functionality and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and share best practices.
• Adhere to company rules, policies and procedures and upholding repair processes and quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient repair environment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to explain repair options and provide estimates.
