Job summary

GLOCOMP Systems (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Renewal Executive in Malaysia to support end-to-end contract renewals, prepare quotations, and coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations. The role focuses on accurate pricing, timely follow-ups, and maintaining renewal data to drive customer retention and recurring revenue.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with exposure to quotation or order processing considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in quotation, pricing, or order processing is an advantage.
• Exposure to renewal lifecycle or subscription services is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts.
• Prepare renewal quotations and assist in contract documentation.
• Track renewal pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for approvals and processing.
• Maintain accurate renewal data and update forecasting trackers.
• Assist in identifying renewal risks and escalating issues early.
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and pricing guidelines.
• Respond to basic customer queries related to renewals.
• Ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
