Job summary

FastLane Group is seeking an experienced Xero Bookkeeper to support clients with bookkeeping, payroll, tax lodgement, and admin tasks. The role is an on-site position for 2–3 months, then may transition to hybrid depending on performance.

Expect collaboration with a team to deliver accurate financial management and growth-oriented client value. The ideal candidate has bookkeeping experience, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Xero and related tools.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Bookkeeping preferred.
• Proven bookkeeping experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance.
• Proficiency in Xero and payroll software.
• Experience with MYOB, Stripe, DEXT and MS 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide bookkeeping and clerical support for clients.
• Process payroll and lodge STP or equivalents as required.
• Lodge IAS/BAS and payroll taxes when applicable.
• Maintain supplier contacts and manage payables/receivables.
• Prepare and update management reports and cashflow statements.
