Job summary

FastLane Group is seeking a Bookkeeper to support clients with expert financial management. The role is remote, with an offshore team based in Chennai/Clark, handling bookkeeping, payroll, tax lodgement, and administrative tasks for clients.

You will reconcile bank feeds, manage receivables/payables, process payroll including STP lodgements, and prepare IAS/BAS. Strong Xero, MYOB, and MS 365 skills are required; QuickBooks, Asana, and PayPal experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Bookkeeping preferred.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance.
• Proficiency in Xero (Hubdoc & Payroll), MYOB, Employment Hero Payroll, IFS, Stripe, DEXT and MS 365.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Asana and PayPal is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank feeds and code accurately for multiple business units.
• Handle Accounts Receivable, including invoices.
• Manage Accounts Payable, vendor records, bills, reconciliations, and ABA payments.
• Process payroll including STP lodgements and superannuation payments.
• Prepare and lodge IAS and BAS.
• Maintain balance sheet accounts and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with offshore team to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate timesheets and pursue ongoing skill development.
