Job summary

Fastlanerecruit is seeking a detail-oriented Xero Bookkeeper in Malaysia to deliver end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll, and tax lodgement services for multiple clients. The role requires on-site work for the first 2–3 months, with potential for a hybrid arrangement thereafter, located at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

You will collaborate with team members to maintain accurate financial records, support client advisory goals, and contribute to firm growth through precise reporting and timely compliance.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Bookkeeping preferred.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide bookkeeping, payroll, BAS/IAS lodgement for clients.
• Reconcile bank feeds and supplier/payroll data accurately.
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Generate management and cashflow reports as required.
