Job summary

INTAN SETIA ENTERPRISE in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to handle remote warehouse administration and inventory tasks, coordinating with warehouse, sales and delivery teams via online systems.

You will monitor stock levels, process orders, and maintain accurate records while communicating in English, Malay and Mandarin. The role offers independent work from home with structured hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics or order processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.
• Good communication and ability to coordinate remotely.
• Able to work from home independently.
• Must communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update stock records and inventory movements in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales and delivery teams on stock availability and orders.
• Process sales orders, stock transfers and delivery arrangements.
• Check incoming and outgoing stock records for accuracy.
• Prepare delivery orders, stock reports and related warehouse documentation.
• Highlight low stock or discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist with stock reconciliation and inventory checks.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries and stock issues with the warehouse team.
• Maintain filing and records of warehouse documents.
