Job summary

Madura E-Commerce Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage stock records and related warehouse documents. You will handle receiving and issuing goods, prepare delivery orders, and ensure inventory accuracy in the system.

You will also produce regular stock reports and assist with stock counts and reconciliation. You will liaise with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics and Finance to resolve stock and delivery matters, maintaining well-organized warehouse records for audit purposes.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• SPM or Diploma in a relevant field is required.
• Warehouse administration or inventory management experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; good written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain stock records, including receiving and issuing goods.
• Prepare DOs, stock transfer and shipping documents.
• Update inventory data accurately in the system.
• Ensure system stock matches physical stock in the warehouse.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
• Assist in stock counts and stock reconciliation.
• Review goods receiving documents from suppliers.
• Communicate with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics and Finance about stock and delivery matters.
• Organize and maintain warehouse documents for audit purposes.
• Monitor delivery status and assist in preparing delivery documents.
