Job summary

XB Success in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Stock Administrator to open and create new stock in the system, verify details and ensure accuracy in data entry.

You will obtain selling prices from management, print barcodes, handle stock transfers, internal billing, and maintain filing of stock documents; fresh graduates welcome, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia communication required, Excel basics.

Responsibilities

• Open and create new stock/items in the system.
• Check new stock details and ensure information is entered correctly.
• Obtain and confirm selling prices from Management before updating them into the system.
• Create and print barcodes and barcode labels for new stock.
• Prepare and issue Stock Transfers between warehouse and outlets.
• Prepare Internal Billing for stock transfers when required.
• Check stock codes, descriptions, quantities and prices for accuracy.
• Maintain proper records and filing of stock-related documents.
• Follow up on pending stock and pricing matters promptly.
• Assist with other warehouse administrative duties as required.
