Intel Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Penang, Malaysia, is hiring a technician to troubleshoot and maintain wafer-level semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role covers setup, calibration, repairs, and recovery in line with approved procedures and safety requirements.

You will monitor equipment performance, respond to alarms, and collaborate with Module Engineering to drive continuous improvement and manufacturing readiness. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Competenze

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or related high-volume environments is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, setup, calibration, and recovery.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, electronic, and/or mechatronic semiconductor equipment.
• Set up, calibrate, maintain, repair, adjust and recover equipment per procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and data to identify abnormalities.
• Respond to alarms and excursions per established procedures.
• Collaborate with Module Engineering on troubleshooting, experiments, and data collection.
• Support SPC and manufacturing control systems and coordinate with OEMs for technical support.
• Work onsite with various teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Create and maintain equipment failure reports and maintenance records.
• Assist during factory startup and ramp with installation, qualification, and readiness activities.
