Sanka seeks a Solution Sales professional for Australia and New Zealand to own the customer journey from first contact through proposal, close, delivery and Go-Live. This remote, full-time role requires building pipeline, understanding business and technical problems, and driving customer outcomes after contract signing.

Responsibilities include discovery, demos, migration scoping, and negotiating deals, while collaborating across time zones with stakeholders. English required; Japanese a plus.

• Ownership mindset: responsible from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Research companies with migration, replacement or system-modernisation needs.
• Prospect, run discovery, qualify opportunities and lead demos.
• Design migration scope, plan, timeline and commercial proposal.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Lead data mapping, testing, cutover and Go-Live using Sanka and AI.
• Keep stakeholders aligned and manage risks.
