Qualifications

• At least 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, E&E, engineering, manufacturing or technology industries.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proven ability to recruit across diverse functions and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage hiring managers and influence decisions.
• Strong market awareness and the ability to translate talent intelligence into practical recruitment strategies.
• Ability to manage high-volume and complex recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven, proactive with ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: understand hiring requirements, source strategies, engage candidates, manage offers and onboarding.
• Partner with the business: work with hiring managers to translate workforce needs into strategies and offer informed talent advice.
• Navigate complex talent markets: identify, engage and attract high-calibre talent across functions.
• Build strong talent pipelines: develop proactive sourcing strategies and market maps for current and future needs.
• Deliver with agility: manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality, speed and candidate experience.
• Bring market intelligence to the table: monitor compensation trends and competitor movements to inform hiring decisions.
• Drive recruitment performance: monitor metrics, identify bottlenecks and improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Elevate the candidate experience: build meaningful relationships and represent the project professionally.
