Job summary

Guidewire Software is seeking a Senior Talent Attraction Partner to shape hiring strategies for critical roles across technology and business functions. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, lead workforce planning, and build proactive, inclusive talent pipelines leveraging AI-enabled sourcing.

You’ll partner with senior leaders and HR to deliver data-informed decisions that support Guidewire’s global growth and competitive hiring.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading full-cycle recruitment for technology and business roles.
Ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
Strong sourcing and market-mapping capability with data-driven mindset.
Experience using recruitment analytics to improve funnel performance and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into talent strategies and hiring plans.
Lead full-cycle recruiting across Software Engineering, Product Management, Cloud/DevOps, and related functions.
Build proactive talent pipelines using AI-enabled sourcing and advanced search techniques.
Provide data-backed recommendations to hiring managers and leadership and improve interviewing quality.
