Guidewire’s Global People Organization is seeking a Senior Talent Attraction Partner to shape hiring strategies across technology and business functions. You will partner with leaders to translate priorities into practical talent plans, build inclusive pipelines, and influence decisions with data-driven insights.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering, Product Management, Cloud/DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and more, leveraging AI-assisted sourcing, market intelligence,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading full-cycle recruitment for technology and business roles.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong sourcing and market-mapping capability with advanced search techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into talent strategies and role requirements.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Software Engineering, Product Management, Cloud/DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Services, and Sales.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using AI-enabled sourcing and referrals; provide data-backed recommendations to managers.
