You will lead proactive sourcing across platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub, conduct technical screenings with hiring managers, and foster strong partnerships with stakeholders while delivering data‑driven insights and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5+ years proven experience in full-cycle tech recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to source and place top‑tier tech and business talent.
• Deep understanding of tech skills, frameworks, cloud platforms, and banking/finance domain.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify top‑tier tech talent.
• Conduct in‑depth technical screenings with hiring managers to evaluate candidates.
• Create a seamless and engaging candidate journey with clear communication.
