Job summary

Devop.One is building a fully remote global recruiting operation. The Senior Recruiter/Partner will lead a world-class team, actively develop business by attracting high-quality clients, and partner with customers to align hiring with strategic objectives.

You will design hiring stages, craft job specs, source candidates, and guide negotiations through to closure, while fostering long-term client relationships and continuous growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in staffing or recruitment consultancy.
• Experience leading teams of senior recruiters and sourcers as a Team Leader.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of bringing quality clients through business development.
• Excellent knowledge of market trends, best practices, and sourcing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of recruiters and sourcers to support Talent Acquisition.
• Develop our business by attracting quality clients and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with customers to understand hiring needs and strategic objectives at the senior level.
• Design and customize hiring stages and job descriptions for each position.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media; present shortlisted profiles.
