Informa Festivals, based in Penang, seeks a Sales/Revenue Operations Specialist for a 7-month fixed-term contract. You will manage contracts, ensure data accuracy across systems, and support billing and invoicing while liaising between Sales and Support teams.

The role emphasizes data governance, inventory tracking for sponsorship products, and collaboration with Sales, Informa Engage, Operations and Customer Success to drive revenue accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel preferred.
• Ability to audit data and enforce standardization across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and ensure data accuracy throughout the process and ERP entries.
• Maintain sponsorship product inventory and floorplan-based holds.
• Ensure invoices are issued from validated data to avoid discrepancies.
• Coordinate across Sales, Engage, Operations and Customer Success.
• Produce sales reports and conduct system audits.
