Informa TechTarget is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team in Penang. You will support pre‑sale data requests, draft SOWs and IOs, and coordinate with Finance and Sales to ensure accurate pricing and compliant contracts.

The role requires 1–2+ years in marketing digital campaigns, strong communication, and a detail‑oriented approach. A collaborative, cross‑functional environment with opportunities for growth awaits.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of relevant marketing digital campaigns experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points.
• Detail‑oriented and extremely reliable – team player.
• A focus on process and standardization.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Possesses a sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
• Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability; and,
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to establish program parameters and develop client recommendations.
• Price products for contract components across multiple formats, including CPQ forms and agency templates (Excel).
• Execute pre‑sale data requests for all Informa TechTarget initiatives.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts.
• Support the sales team with data‑driven insights and recommendations to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of Informa TechTarget's database and conversion metrics.
• Generate contracts that comply with corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate signed contracts and create orders within order management systems.
• Process change orders with validated paperwork and accurate pricing.
• Partner with Finance teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing, and timely contract booking.
• Develop thorough understanding of processes, product offerings, and appropriate terms and conditions, including pricing models, discounting structures, revenue recognition, and approval processes.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle, including Campaign Managers, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales Management, and Product teams
