Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Scheduler/Planner for a short-term remote assignment with occasional KL office visits. You will consolidate schedules, create a master plan, and ensure data accuracy using Microsoft Project.

Start date is immediate, duration about 1–2 months, 1 resource, remote with 1–2 visits weekly when required. You should be able to work independently and coordinate with the project team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project with the ability to manage and update project schedules.
• Previous experience in project scheduling, planning, or project coordination is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and data management skills.
• Ability to review, consolidate, and clean up multiple project schedules accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review and consolidate existing project schedules from various sources.
• Integrate and align multiple project schedules into a consolidated master schedule.
• Clean up, organize, and update project scheduling data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve scheduling gaps, inconsistencies, or duplicate information.
• Coordinate with project team members remotely to gather and validate scheduling information.
• Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Provide general support to the project team on scheduling and planning activities.
• Ensure schedules are properly structured and presented for project monitoring and reporting.
