Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler (Junior to Lead) to coordinate tasks and manage project timelines.

The role involves supporting planning across data center construction, with onboarding under senior schedulers and gradual ownership of scheduling work packages. The candidate will work with project managers, engineers and contractors, using Primavera P6 or OPC, and a strong Excel/PowerPoint skill set to produce progress reports and track

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, QS, Architecture, Planning or Project Controls.
• Minimum 2 to 10 years of scheduling or project controls experience.
• Experience with scheduling concepts: activity sequencing, dependencies, milestones, baselines, critical path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out.
• Define schedule activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations and identify dependencies.
• Identify critical paths, milestones, interfaces and update schedules with progress.
• Prepare regular schedule reports and compare actual progress with plans.
• Support risk identification, recovery schedules and optimization actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors and stakeholders to validate data.
• Utilize Primavera P6, OPC or equivalent planning systems.
