Job summary

Atomic Recruitment SEA is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to join our digital agency, supporting Australian and regional clients. You will own multi-channel campaigns and deliver client-friendly insights.

You'll combine campaign execution, performance analysis, and regular reporting to drive results, while coordinating with managers to meet client objectives and timelines from a fully remote base in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on paid search and paid social management.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in account servicing and reporting to clients.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate insights for clients.
• Proficiency with Looker Studio and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search) and Meta Ads, with some exposure to TikTok Ads.
• Manage daily budget pacing across multiple accounts and markets, addressing over- or under-delivery promptly.
• Analyse campaign performance and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and monthly campaign summaries translating data into insights.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio.
• Support client servicing with regular updates and campaign review meetings.
• Collaborate with account managers to align campaign execution with client objectives.
• Monitor conversion tracking, campaign delivery, and account health; flag issues and propose solutions.
• Manage multiple campaigns across different markets in a fast-paced agency setting.
