Job summary

Ethixbase360 is hiring a People & Talent Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations across locations. You will handle administrative tasks, onboarding via BambooHR, and cross-border payroll coordination, while partnering with the Director and global teams to ensure smooth processes.

The role requires 1–2 years in HR coordination, familiarity with Malaysian employment law, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR coordination or HR administration experience.
• Familiarity with Malaysian employment legislation.
• Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for People & Talent queries from managers and staff.
• Draft letters for promotions, transfers, and internal changes.
• Coordinate onboarding using BambooHR; liaise with hiring managers, Payroll, IT.
• Lead offboarding including exit interviews and access closures.
• Collaborate with Payroll and People & Talent for cross-border processes.
• Own probationary review tracking and documentation.
• Support in-house recruitment: post ads, manage job boards, interview coordination.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers; assist with offers.
• Assist visa admin and reporting for benefits renewals.
• Contribute to policy development (appraisals, leave, D&I, handbooks).
• Coordinate internal recognition programs and staff surveys.
• Maintain records in BambooHR; manage HR Drive and intranet pages.
• Produce monthly HR and finance reports; conduct internal HR audits.
• Ensure local compliance with Malaysian law (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and updates.
