Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a reliable freelance accounts assistant to provide ongoing remote support for a small Malaysian company. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a low-volume workload, ideal for someone handling other freelance clients.

Hands-on AutoCount Cloud experience is essential. You will maintain records, perform bank reconciliations, handle invoicing, stock movements, payroll support, and monthly reports, with guidance from management.

Qualifications

• Experience with routine bookkeeping and payroll administration.
• Ability to handle bookkeeping and payroll independently.
• Accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial data.
• Good English communication and reliable follow-up with timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and complete bank reconciliations in AutoCount Cloud.
• Keep stock records accurate, including purchases, sales and stock movements.
• Prepare invoices, quotations and related documents with management guidance.
• Monitor customer and supplier balances and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with payroll, EPF, SOCSO and basic HR administration.
• Maintain organised supporting documents and provide monthly financial reports.
