Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products and services.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.
