Job summary

bp seeks a proactive professional to design, configure, and deploy innovative legal technology solutions that enhance service delivery, productivity, and value creation. You will work with legal teams and operations to identify opportunities, design workshops, and translate requirements into scalable platforms.

The role requires familiarity with document automation, CLM, eDiscovery, and AI-powered tools, plus strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in legal technology or operations.
• Experience with legal technology platforms (document automation, CLM, eDiscovery) preferred.
• Ability to facilitate requirements analysis and design workflows.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative legal tech solutions to improve service delivery and value.
• Partner with Technology and legal operations teams to identify opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Lead design, configuration and deployment of legal platforms (automation, workflows, document management).
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven adoption of new tools and processes.
• Create documentation, training, and governance to support rollout and compliance.
