Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume interactions, clarify complaints, and offer solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams (tech support, compliance, fraud) and follow up on unresolved cases.
• Educate users on product features, deposits/withdrawals, and trading processes.
