Job summary

UBASE ASIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Representative to assist a leading cryptocurrency client in a remote-friendly role. This position offers growth within fintech and crypto, with flexible work arrangements and competitive benefits.

You will help users with account setup, KYC, deposits/withdrawals, and trading processes while upholding security practices. Prior live chat or call centre experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related Finance course preferred.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in live chat or call centre roles.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries with empathy.
• Handle a high volume of interactions efficiently, clarifying complaints and offering solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams (tech support, compliance, fraud) and follow up on unresolved cases.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of products and services (spot trading, futures, P2P, staking, etc.).
• Educate users proactively on platform updates, new features, and security practices.
