Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin Platform Experience Executive to join a global project and support users through digital channels. This role offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work arrangement, allowing you to contribute from home while engaging with users worldwide.

You will handle live chat and email inquiries in Mandarin, resolve routine issues, and log detailed case information. The position requires at least one year in customer service or related fields, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Platform Support, or a related field.
• Experience supporting digital platforms or online services is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment.
• Willing to work a rotating shift including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to users through live chat, email, and other digital channels.
• Respond to enquiries in Mandarin and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Assist users with account, service, and platform-related enquiries.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot basic concerns, and escalate complex cases when required.
• Follow up on outstanding cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions and case details.
• Follow established processes and service standards to maintain a high-quality user experience.
• Stay updated on platform features, policies, and procedures.
