Job summary

Ultima Markets is seeking a client support specialist to be the primary contact for IB clients via live chat, email, social media and phone from its Malaysia office. You will handle account opening, IB deposits/withdrawals, and platform issues while keeping documentation updated.

The role requires forex knowledge, strong communication, CRM proficiency and the ability to work shifts with some remote days, including Mandarin support for Chinese clients.

Qualifications

• Prior customer support experience, especially in Trading Platform working experience.
• Knowledge of Forex trading concepts and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and trading platforms.
• Must be able to work shift duties, including in-office mornings and WFH for other shifts.
• Able to speak read and write Chinese for Mandarin customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for IB clients through live chat, email, social media and phone.
• Handle inquiries including account opening, IB account setup, deposits, withdrawals, and platform issues.
• Investigate client feedback and provide timely resolutions for complex cases.
• Maintain and update handbooks and training docs for sales clients.
