Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency (reading, writing and speaking) required.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Operations Support preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Own a personal computer/laptop with stable internet connection.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
