Qualifications

• 1+ year customer support experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding post-orders, delivery timeframes, and order status.
• Troubleshoot product issues in real-time using diagnostic steps.
• Log interactions into CRM systems and maintain data accuracy.
• Support quality assurance efforts through calls audits and CSAT focus.
• Navigate multiple tools to research and resolve issues efficiently.
• Keep product knowledge up to date through continuous learning.
