You will help deliver projects, assist with project administration, timesheets, and resource onboarding within a hybrid Kuala Lumpur environment. The role requires 2+ years in delivery or PM, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Salesforce, Clari and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of delivery or project management experience in a professional services/consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient with common PM/communication tools: MS Project, Salesforce, Clari, Open Air, MS Office, Smartsheets.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage delivery of projects.
• Maintain a dashboard of projects being executed in the region.
• Assist in onboarding resources and coordinating Contingent Workforce, IT and Environment Access teams.
• Create and maintain resource roster and ensure timely timesheet reporting.
• Support accurate and timely client billing and payment to contractors.
• Provide adhoc reporting as required.
