• Assist in maintaining a dashboard of projects in the region.
• Onboard resources and manage resource rostering.
• Ensure timely reporting of project timesheets and reconciliation with invoicing data.
• Assist in accurate and timely billing to clients and contractors.

We are actively seeking an Jr. Delivery Manager, Professional Services for our Global Professional Services (GPS) team. This hybrid position is based in our Kuala Lumpur office and reports to the GVP of Consult, Global Product and Project Service Delivery.

Position Summary

As part of our Rimini Consult, the Jr. Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivery, project administration, Professional Services Automation and Timesheets Systems and resource onboarding. He/she will work with the Global Head of Professional Services Delivery, and interface with other parts of the Services organization as well as the wider Rimini Street organization to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Directly manage delivery of projects
• Assist in maintaining a dashboard of projects being executed in the region
• Work with Regional Professional Services teams, Contingent Workforce, IT and Environment Access team to assist in onboarding resources
• Create and maintain resource roster
• Ensure timely reporting of project timesheets
• Ensure timely reconciliation of timesheets with invoicing data
• Assist in accurate and timely billing to clients and payment to 3rd party contractors
• Adhoc reporting

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Desired Experience And Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Delivery or Project Management role as part of a Project Management Office for a Professional Services / Consulting organization
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness with exceptional ability to successfully influence cross functional team stakeholders without formal authority
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to details
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong skills in using common project management & communication management tools: e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, Clari, Open Air, MS Office, Smartsheets etc. is desired
