Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Delivery or Project Management role as part of a Project Management Office for a Professional Services / Consulting organization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with timesheets, resource onboarding, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage delivery of projects.
• Assist in maintaining a dashboard of projects in the region.
• Onboard resources and manage resource rostering.
• Ensure timely reporting of project timesheets and reconciliation with invoicing data.
• Assist in accurate and timely billing to clients and contractors.
• Adhoc reporting as needed.
