Job summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our remote team. You will provide high-quality technical support to end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems and networks.

This is a remote role offering flexibility while working on cutting-edge technology solutions in a collaborative environment. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network problems, install and configure software remotely, and document issues using ticketing systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
2+ years in IT support or similar role.
Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with LAN/WAN, DNS, VPNs and firewalls.

Responsibilities

Respond to IT support requests via phone, email or chat and resolve issues promptly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems for end-users.
Provide guidance and training on IT tasks and system usage.
Install, configure, and maintain software, OS, and peripherals remotely.
Monitor system performance, security, and backups for reliability.
