Qualifications

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency with remote troubleshooting tools.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Must be based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Offer remote IT support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
Provide technical assistance and advice to users on using software and hardware effectively.
Assist with system installations, configurations, updates, and repairs.
Maintain accurate logs of technical support requests and resolutions.
Collaborate with the IT team to elevate complex issues as necessary.
Monitor and maintain network security, ensuring protection against potential breaches.
Provide regular feedback to management on system performance and any recurring issues.
Train and guide users in troubleshooting basic IT problems.
