You will analyze market trends, review gaming platforms, and map customer journeys, while supporting agile project delivery and requirement documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Business Development, or related roles.
• Strong market research and competitive benchmarking capabilities.
• Experience conducting gap analysis and identifying business opportunities.
• Ability to understand digital user journeys and product flows.
• Experience preparing product requirements, user stories, or acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• iGaming/gaming industry experience is preferred.
• Candidates without gaming experience may be considered if they are open to entering the industry.
• Fluent Mandarin and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor and market benchmarking across digital and gaming products.
• Review and analyze gaming mobile websites and platforms.
• Evaluate user experience and overall player journeys.
• Analyze registration, deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay flows.
• Identify market gaps, business opportunities, and areas for product improvement.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion patterns, and churn.
• Translate market and business insights into actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and cross-functional project execution.
• Support business and product initiatives based on market research and competitive analysis.
