Overseas is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon for the Australian market of a global skincare brand. You will replace an agency, own the strategy and management, and drive D2C growth with data-driven decisions.

You will align with the brand's digital and communications team, briefing in-house designer for creative assets, and ensuring asset compliance with platform best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Meta/Facebook ads experience is required.
• In-house e-commerce brand experience preferred over agency-only backgrounds.
• Ability to own paid media strategy end-to-end: diagnose gaps, set direction, execute changes.
