Persuasion Technologies by Incubeta in APAC KL Delivery Hub is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to run hands-on Social or Search campaigns at scale, sign off quality, build automation, and lead either people (Pod Lead) or client accounts to deliver outcomes across APAC.

The role is mostly remote with overlap with Australian hours, offering mentorship and ownership of campaign quality and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Sign off launches using QA checklist and own the quality of that work.
• Run and optimise campaigns in Social or Search and engage publisher conversations.
• Find root causes and fix the process, not just the issue.
• Build and improve scripts, rules and automation, and teach at least one capability to the wider team.
• Roll out new features and tests approved by our consultants, and share results across APAC.
• Support Juniors and Mids with questions, guidance and training.
• Line manage a pod of 3 or 4: regular one-to-ones, coaching and development.
• Allocate work across the pod, manage priorities and sign off every launch.
• Partner with a Sydney Performance Account Manager on delivery quality for their accounts.

The Senior Paid Media Manager based in the APAC KL Delivery Hub runs hands-on Social or Search campaigns at scale, signs off quality, builds automation, and leads either people (Pod Lead) or client accounts (Client track) to deliver outcomes across APAC. Mostly remote role with some overlap with Australian hours.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Sign off launches in your area against our QA checklist and own the quality of that work.
• Run and optimise campaigns in your channel, Social or Search, and join publisher conversations with our Sydney Performance Account Managers.
• Find root causes and fix the process, not just the issue.
• Build and improve scripts, rules and automation, and teach at least one capability to the wider team.
• Roll out new features and tests approved by our consultants, and share results across APAC.

• Lead a set of client accounts from KL, owning communication, updates and growth, with an Account Director as your mentor.
• Stay hands-on for most of your time, with a peer Senior or Pod Lead signing off your builds.

Platforms & Tools:

• Social: Meta (Advantage+, catalogue and dynamic product ads, Partnership ads) and TikTok (Smart+, catalogues); Pinterest and Snapchat a plus; creative rotation, catalogue and pixel health, Conversions API.
• Search: Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen); Merchant Center feeds; bidding strategies; scripts and ad customisers; SA360 a plus.
• Tools: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, feed tools and automation (rules, scripts, bulk uploads).

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience in Social or Search; experience across both is a bonus.
• A strong record of accurate work, and experience reviewing or signing off others' work.
• Track-specific: people leadership (Pod Lead), or client-facing experience, ideally with Australian clients (Client track).
• Clear English and confidence with Australian stakeholders and publishers.
• Examples of automation or AI tools or workflows you have built.
• Nice to have: retail or ecommerce experience, Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
