MoneyHero Group, a Nasdaq-listed fintech platform, is hiring for an Executive, People Operations (maternity cover) based in Malaysia. This fully remote role supports payroll, HR administration, and compliance across Malaysia and Singapore.

The ideal candidate manages payroll data, liaises with vendors, and maintains HR records with accuracy and confidentiality. The role requires 2–3 years in HR operations, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with Workday.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or payroll administration.
• Familiarity with Malaysia and Singapore payroll statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll vendors and Infotech is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel for data reconciliation and reporting.
• Experience with HRIS; Workday preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and Singapore.
• Ensure accurate salaries, deductions, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data between systems.
• Assist with statutory contributions and filings (EPF, SOCSO, CPF, IRAS, MOM).
• Respond to employee payroll queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain HR records in Workday and related systems.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and system access.
• Support audits and compliance documentation.
