Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Malaysia is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador – Reservations Coordinator. The role focuses on coordinating remote support for Singapore reception areas, facilitating seamless room bookings and VIP arrangements across HSBC Singapore sites.

You will liaise between Singapore clients and hosts, manage multiple bookings, and ensure top-tier service while maintaining booking systems, procedures, and safety standards from the Malaysia base.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality reservations, hotel front desk operations, or airline reservations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate remote support for Singapore reception areas and ensure seamless room booking processes.
• Provide courteous coordination for arrivals, meeting room assignments, and building access with on-site teams.
• Serve as Malaysia-based coordination point between Singapore clients and hosts, managing reservation inquiries with a concierge approach.
• Maintain awareness of VIP bookings and ensure priority handling for high-profile visitors across Singapore sites.
• Liaise with Singapore teams via email/phone to coordinate bookings and create seamless experiences.
• Monitor booking systems and address scheduling conflicts, double bookings, or room assignment issues.
• Proactively manage enquiries and confirmations via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate booking feedback and issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with booking policies, security protocols, and health & safety procedures.
