Job summary

• Good written and verbal communication; approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming yet professional image of JLL.
• Support facilities management: booking meeting rooms, managing office supplies, and handling maintenance paperwork.
• Update directories and brochures; assist in overseeing contractors on-site and liaising with vendors.
