CoinMarketCap is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Specialist to drive marketing strategy and execution across our product ecosystem. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to define objectives, execute campaigns, and deliver measurable commercial impact.

You will lead by influence, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to scale our brand and community presence, embracing a remote-first environment and multi-brand portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech with at least 2 years in a marketing specialist role.
• Proven ability to influence growth metrics such as web traffic, leads, conversions, or revenue.
• Experience using AI to improve work efficiency.
• Experience managing multi-brand portfolios and understanding conversion funnels.
• Budget management experience with data-driven recommendations.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Experience engaging with user or developer communities.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with distributed teams.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to leverage professional networks to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining marketing objectives with senior leadership and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Support the execution of marketing strategies on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Coordinate with business unit leads and local/community teams to expand the addressable market.
• Contribute to a data-driven culture by managing workflows across social media, web, chat, content, and video, tracking performance.
• Partner with Brand and PR to maintain a consistent narrative about the company's role in the decentralized web.
• Help manage a portfolio of products across brands and customer segments, supporting campaigns and budget tracking.
• Leverage your network and industry knowledge to support business development and team growth.
