Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• At least 2 years in a marketing leadership or team management role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer behaviour.
• Experience with influencer marketing, social media, partnerships and brand campaigns.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Comfortable managing budgets and evaluating ROI.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives without losing visibility on execution.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for output.
• Able to work independently and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall marketing strategy and roadmap.
• Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
• Manage and prioritise marketing budgets.
• Lead and develop the marketing team.
• Set clear responsibilities, deadlines and KPIs.
• Ensure strong follow‑up and execution across the team.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Oversee brand positioning and brand consistency.
• Manage social media and community strategy.
• Develop influencer / KOL strategies and partnerships.
• Manage agencies, external partners and collaborations.
• Evaluate sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
• Work closely with creative, content and other internal teams.
• Analyse marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
