Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is hiring a Group Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead a region-wide job architecture project within our consulting team. This six-month contract offers fully remote work from Malaysia and exposure to an international professional services group across Asia Pacific.

You will design a levelling and titling framework, map roles across markets, build salary ranges, and influence pay positioning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in compensation and benefits across multiple markets.
• Hands-on delivery of a job levelling or architecture project.
• Experience with Mercer IPE, Korn Ferry, or WTW methods is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel.
• A clear, pragmatic communicator who can handle ambiguity.
• Malaysian work eligibility; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Design a Group-wide job levelling and titling framework with clear principles for levels, differentiation and naming.
• Map roles across markets to Group levels and rationalise titles, including in newly acquired businesses.
• Build salary range structures using market benchmarking and survey data.
• Advise on pay positioning, offers and incentive design as the framework goes live.
• Build people cost analytics to support workforce planning and salary review cycles.
