AS White Global is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors professional to lead Compensation and Variable Pay implementations across the APAC region. You will guide end-to-end configurations, engage with senior stakeholders, and define future-state solutions to align rewards with business objectives.

Responsibilities include leading teams, driving architecture discussions, and supporting pre-sales and client relationships to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
• Proven success leading multiple end-to-end implementations across Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Strong consulting and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state solutions.
• Design scalable compensation and incentive solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Provide functional leadership across project teams and mentor consultants.
• Drive solution architecture discussions within the SuccessFactors landscape.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, proposals, and scope definition.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while contributing to practice growth.
