Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong compliance background to support remediation initiatives and cross‑functional delivery. You’ll manage timelines, document prep, status updates, and stakeholder communications across Compliance, Product, Engineering and Data Science to ensure timely, well‑governed outcomes in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, CS or related field.
• 3+ years in Compliance, product or system lifecycle management, vendor and project coordination.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Experience with compliance systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized records.
• Assist in preparing project materials such as kick‑off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress.
• Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
• Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance‑related topics as needed.
• Help draft reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
• Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow‑ups and clear communication.
