Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in internal investigations, auditing or similar roles within a corporate setting.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive investigations with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting to senior management.
• Knowledge of forensic principles, fraud investigation techniques, and internal audit standards.
• Proficiency with investigation and audit software tools; ability to use data analytics to identify fraud.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal investigations into allegations of fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance to gather information and documentation.
• Employ forensic analysis and investigative techniques to uncover facts and sequence of events.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the investigative process.
• Participate in planning and executing internal audits across business units focusing on risks.
• Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and identify weaknesses.
• Provide practical solutions to issues identified during audits.
• Assist in developing the annual audit plan based on risk assessment.
• Prepare audit reports communicating findings to management.
